to play with colors that you've never tried before.
A makeup look to try is... Using colored liners. This is something safe, especially if you're not used to using bright makeup. Just line the lid of your eye with a bright-colored liner and keep the rest of your face bare. Try dipping your brush in water then into your powder to create a easy to apply liner. Looking for an all day look, mix your eyeshadow powder with some of our Eyeliner Sealer to create a smudge proof line that lasts all day.
